The reason for these inspections is to improve efficiency and reduce electricity consumption, along with carbon emissions and operating costs for your equipment. The energy inspections identify improvements needed to your existing systems or opportunities to replace older systems that are less energy-efficient or oversized.

Some refrigerants are now banned or are being phased out that could be in your equipment this will be identified in a tm44 or in your annual maintenance visit.
